In the spring of 1936, three short years after prohibition, the Willett family broke ground on the Willett Distillery, choosing the highest point in the county located on the family farm. 

By St Patrick's Day of the following year, March 17th, 1937, Willett Distillery rolled its first barrel into rickhouse A. Both the original distillery and rickhouse A remain today and are featured on the walking tour of the legendary Willett Estate.

Established in 1936, Willett Distillery remains truly family owned and operated, celebrating 89 years of history. All month long we will raise our glass to you, our treasured extended family that continue to pour our whiskies year after year.
